• Shipping & Delivery

• At this time, ART & DECOR ships merchandise only to locations within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  We strive to ship all in-stock items the next business day from date of completed order. All orders ship from Reading, Pennyslvania. We use UPS to deliver your order; therefore, we are unable to ship orders to a PO Box. All shipping charges are calculated on a real-time basis through UPS. The fees quoted are actual shipping charges. We do not add on any handling fees.




• Sales Tax

• ART & DECOR charges sales tax for shipments to Pennsylvania only. If your shipping address is outside the State of Pennsylvania, you will not be charged a sales tax. For Pennsylvania shipments, the current sales tax rate is 6%, which is automatically added to the merchandise total.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of merchandise cost or an exchange within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. Shipping charges are nonrefundable. Any items sent back to us must reach us in saleable condition. Customer pays return shipping fees.   Upon receipt of package, please unpack merchandise carefully and inspect. In the event of breakage, please call us immediately (1-888-779-2546) so that we can go over the procedures for replacing the damaged item(s). Save the original box along with the packing materials. Please do not ship anything back to us without contacting us first.
