Created by our fused glass jewelry artists in Delaware, these Fused Glass and Sterling Silver Earrings are absolutely dazzling with iridescent blues and greens. Approximately 1.25 tall from the top of the findings and .50" wide.
The early Egyptians first developed the fused glass process, an art lost for centuries. Dichroic glass, consisting of multiple glass layers, is kiln-fired to temperatures up to 1600 degrees. Mineral deposits on the glass layers are fused, producing mirror-like reflections and iridescent eye-catching colors.
